No Refund for Applications Under Immigration Review
Once your visa application has been submitted to immigration and is under review or approval, no refund will be issued. In such cases, we will provide proof of application submission, as the visa fee has already been paid to the relevant authority and is non-refundable.
No Refund for Rejected Visa Applications
If your visa application is rejected by the immigration authorities, no refund will be granted, as visa fees are non-refundable once processed.
30% Deduction for Non-Deliverable Visas Due to Denial, Country-Specific Restrictions, or Ineligibility
In cases where a visa cannot be delivered due to country-specific immigration rules, restrictions, or applicant ineligibility, a 30% deduction plus payment gateway charges will be applied. The remaining amount will be refunded.
